The data, as charts
The same indicators as the map, ranked and laid out as graphs. Pick an indicator and see who’s highest and lowest, how the whole country is spread — and, where the data goes back, how it has changed over the years.
Rankings and distributions are two views of the same numbers. The bar colours match the map’s quantile shading, so a place’s rank here lines up with its colour there. Suppressed or unavailable values are left out of the ranking and the spread. More chart types (relationships between two indicators, and per-place profiles) are on the way.
